We begin by cleaning the roof then taping off any and all seams with an advanced weatherproofing tape, we then coat this tape along with any other leak prone areas such as ducts and gutter brackets with a silicone based seam sealer. We proceed to coat the entire roof with a layer of silicone to ensure a secure seal and increase energy efficiency.
